Inside Sales Supervisor          


           


Our client, a fast-growing manufacturing company located in Rochester, NY is looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to join their team as a full-time employee. The company offers a great opportunity with a rapidly growing company that has the potential to lead to greater responsibility and promotions quickly. This role reports to the VP of Sales.




Essential Functions:


1. Provide overall administrative leadership for the inside sales team.


2. Manage inside sales scheduling, time off and vacation.


3. Manage and coordinate inside sales training.


4. Manage inside sales goals and coordinate with Sales Team Leaders and VP of Sales.


5. Obtain and process new sales orders and service new and existing customers by clearly and accurately presenting products and programs in collaboration with the sales department.


6. Employ sales fundamentals in order to sell products.


7. Accurately record and report all sales and service activity in CRM.


8. Establish new accounts by planning, organizing and collecting and maintaining active prospect list within assigned territory.


9. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing an action plan; making recommendations to management and executing a positive resolution.


10. Maintain accurate records of all customer activity in CRM.


11. Maintain customer records by updating account information.


12. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.


13. Recommend potential leads to Sales Representative by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.


14. Work as a team player.


15. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.


16. Ability to comply with standards of operations.


17. Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company.
